O dia está começando, e nada como logo em suas primeiras horas, respirarmos e entendermos a razão dos movimentos que programamos executar.
Olharmos com carinho para aquilo que pode nos doer encarar, entendendo a função daquilo estar em nossa vida, como por exemplo, a mentira. 
Tudo que criamos tem uma necessidade, e qual a necessidade da mentira fazer parte dos movimentos programados para hoje? Caso ela saia, e dê espaço a verdade, o que pode acontecer? 
Comece por você, veja onde está querendo se enganar, lembre-se de que normalmente a mentira serve, segundo acredita nosso sistema de proteção inclusive, para nos tirar de uma situação de risco,  por isso, quer parar de mentir para si mesmo, coloque a situação como FORA DE RISCO,  e aparecerá um outro viés dentro daquela dinâmica.
Você pode estar segura e seguro, mesmo sendo honesto com você e sua realidade. Acredite em seu potencial de resolução,  e de amor, a começar para com você.  O mundo é apenas nossa ressonância. Grato.
